For 27 years, I lived and breathed learning and leadership. I’ve been the Senior Leader navigating a crisis, the leader fired up with a strategic vision, and the colleague feeling the immense weight of responsibility. I know the unique pressure of a mission-driven career and the paradox of feeling successful, yet somehow stuck.
I saw it in the best leaders around me: a quiet friction between their deep-seated values and the chaotic, firefighting reality of their roles. They weren't broken or in need of fixing; they were pilgrims on a demanding journey who had lost sight of the path.
My own turning point came when I realised the most profound shifts, for my colleagues and for myself, rarely came from a top-down directive. They came from the space created to think, from a question that unlocked a new perspective, from the quiet power of being truly heard.
This is why I call myself The Pilgrim Coach®.

A pilgrimage is an intentional journey, not a frantic race. My work isn't to give you a map, but to walk alongside you as you draw your own. Together, we create a space to silence the noise, allowing you to calibrate your internal compass back to what truly matters.
My qualifications and decades of experience aren’t just lines on a CV; they are the terrain I’ve travelled. They allow me to understand the nuances of your world without ever imposing my own solutions.
I'm accredited as a Coach-Mentor Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and qualified as a Level 7 Executive Coach-Mentor.
